Your Role:
As a Dump Body Line Production Supervisor at Warren, LLC, you will:
Oversee day-to-day production activities, monitor and prioritize workflow, and ensure production schedules are met.
Supervise all welders and employees on the dump body line, providing technical direction and support as needed.
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance to build a strong production team.
Enforce quality control processes by inspecting welds, cuts, bends, and other technical elements of each unit.
Adhere to and enforce all aspects of the employee handbook, including the Warren attendance program and disciplinary action protocols.
Attend and actively participate in weekly supervisor meetings, providing updates and insights on production performance.
Be proactive in cross-training employees across departments to meet production needs.
Ensure proper shutdown of work areas, including turning off lights, machines, and securing equipment at the end of each workday.
Foster a positive team atmosphere by promoting collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
GED or equivalent industry experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
Strong technical knowledge of welding, fabrication, and assembly processes.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Office and Teams experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work primarily in a shop setting, with occasional time in an office environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily.
Business hours are determined by the manager, with occasional mandatory overtime.
