Responsibilities
As a Field Technician, you’ll:
- Maintain accurate logs and written records of work performed.
- Interact professionally with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
- Be available for on-call, after-hours, and emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Are organized, dependable, and able to manage a schedule efficiently.
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive “will-do, can-do” attitude.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Present a neat and professional appearance.
- Can lift 50 lbs.
- Are flexible for after-hours and on-call emergency work.
- Hold IICRC certifications (preferred).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in water mitigation, fire, and mold remediation (preferred).
- Possess general construction or repair work experience.
