Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
