We are seeking an experienced and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, diverse groups of women, and small group training. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and small group fitness assessments to understand clients’ goals, fitness levels, and any special considerations.
- Design and implement customized workout programs that include strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional fitness techniques.
- Provide hands-on instruction, ensuring proper exercise form and safety at all times.
- Motivate and inspire clients, offering ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement.
- Adapt workouts for clients of different fitness levels, ages, and abilities.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on current fitness trends and training methodologies to enhance program offerings.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment that supports clients of all backgrounds.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to enhance the community experience at Warren-T Fitness.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer through an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or similar).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, with a focus on children, women’s fitness, and small group training.
- CPR/AED certification (current and valid).
- Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and motivate clients.
- Experience in modifying workouts for different fitness levels and special populations.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others succeed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and evening availability.
