- Serve as chief receptionist for the office by answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
- Secure substitutes for teachers and staff.
- Coordinate substitutes into classrooms.
- Coordinate coverage of attendance desk when attendance clerk is on break or at lunch.
- Monitor free and reduced lunch forms and listings.
- Type Student Handbook, Teacher Handbook and Emergency Handbook and prepare for distribution.
- Type and monitor general fund purchase orders and bills for Principal and Assistant Principal.
- Monitor budgets and properly record and balance accounts.
- Type evaluation forms, letters, mail and correspondence for principal.
- Distribute mail, coordinate interschool correspondence, take mail to the post office and errands as requested and deemed necessary.
- Coordinate inventories and record them on the computer (Lotus).
- Work in summer to keep up with checking in P.O.'s and doing transcripts for students who are moving or going to college.
- Check in purchase orders for the general fund.
- Type and record discipline correspondence (letters and reports) and properly record on the computer and in the files.
- Request ISS Assignments periodically.
- Coordinate and assist the principal with his/her daily schedule.
- Maintain a proper inventory of supplies and forms for the high school office.
- Assign parking permits.
- Coordinate the Josten's orders for seniors and sophomores.
- Assign and coordinate student locker assignments.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.

Performance of this position will be evaluated by the Principal in accordance with board policies of the Warrensburg School District.
