TEMPORARY POSITION FOR REMAINDER OF 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR
Warrenton Grade School is seeking an Educational Assistant for the Medically Fragile Classroom through the end of the 24/25 school year. Position is 5.75 hours per day. Paid sick leave, paid personal leave and several paid holidays.
Assistant provides student supervision and assist teaching staff by performing instructional tasks in small groups and one-on-one settings. May perform recess/playground or cafeteria supervision. Preference may be given to applicants who can speak Spanish and/or who have prior successful experience working in an educational setting. Applicants must also be highly qualified* under the reauthorized ESEA at time of hire or within 20 days of starting date.

Salary: Per Classified Contract
*(To be considered highly qualified, applicants must have obtained an associate (or higher) degree, or have at least two years of post-secondary education that is equivalent to at least 48 semesters hours from an accredited higher education institution, passed an exam such as the WorkKeys ACT, ParaproAssessment ETS.
