What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Based Learner Mentor/Proctor - WHS position at Warrenton-Hammond SD 30?
Warrenton High School seeks a CBL Mentor/Proctor beginning in the fall of 2025. Position is eight hours per day (7:30-4), five days per week and receives full benefit package. Also receives paid sick leave, paid personal leave and six paid holidays. Work year follows the school district calendar.
Position assists students in a classroom or computer lab setting by performing instructional tasks related to computer-assisted instruction. Also may be required to assist in other areas including recess or cafeteria duty.
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Preference may be given to applicants who can speak Spanish and/or who have prior successful experience working in an educational setting. Applicants must also be highly qualified* under the reauthorized ESEA at time of hire or within 20 days of starting date.
Proposed Starting Date: September 2, 2025
Salary: Per Classified Contract
To be considered highly qualified, applicants must have obtained an associate (or higher) degree, or have at least two years of post-secondary education that is equivalent to at least 48 semesters hours from an accredited higher education institution, passed an exam such as Compass, WorkKeys ACT, ParaproAssessment ETS.
