| GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION |
| We are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our accounting team. This internship will provide valuable, hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting. The ideal candidate is a college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong academic record and a desire to learn. This position will involve assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The intern will work closely with senior accountants and gain exposure to accounting software and systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in accounting and contribute to real-world financial operations within a dynamic organization. |
| DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
| • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. |
| • Perform data entry and maintain financial records. |
| • Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial data. |
| • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries. |
| • Support senior accountants in various accounting tasks. |
| • Utilize accounting software to process transactions and maintain records. |

| • Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred. |
| • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. |
