Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to maximize sales and profitability;
- Oversee merchandise management, including inventory levels, stock presentation, and signing;
- Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and expenses;
- Train and develop store staff in all aspects of the business;
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits daily;
- Ensure compliance with city, county, and state liquor regulations;
- Analyze and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals;
- Review department trends and recommend changes for goal achievement;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred;
