Job Overview:
As an HR Manager at Warrenton Oil Group, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources Department and providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters. You will oversee all aspects of the company's workforce, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and acting as a liaison between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, talent development, and employee relations.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance team; attract, recruit, and retain required members on the HR team.
• Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain effective payroll processing system and software to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Conduct timely annual performance reviews for all direct reports and ensure the same are conducted for all company employees.
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum five (5) years human resources experience; three (3) years HR management experience preferred.
