The requirements | What it takes to do this work
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 12 months experience delivering exceptional laundry service in an Aged Care industry or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Availability matching our vacant roster – Tuesday 0700-1430 and Wednesday 0700-1430 each week
