The requirements | What it takes to do this work
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

• An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
• 12 months experience delivering exceptional laundry service in an Aged Care industry or similar
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Availability matching our vacant roster – Tuesday 0700-1430 and Wednesday 0700-1430 each week

You’ll have access to beautiful courtyards and terraces, complete with outdoor gazebos to bask in the sunshine.
