Job Description

Position Title: Car Wash Attendant

Reports to: Manager of Warrior Car Wash

Pay Rate: $15.75

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Car Wash Lead Attendant runs the day-to-day operation of the Warrior Car Wash.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accept the responsibility for all car wash operations, as well as, profitability

· Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate car wash employees

· Schedule employee hours and ensure that business is properly staffed at all times

· Maintain all aspects of car wash equipment

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Meet sales and profitability goals

· Develop marketing plans and programs to increase sales

· Appropriately purchase all car wash supplies and equipment

· Establish and maintain store policies and procedures

· Work cooperatively with others to create a pleasant and friendly work environment

· Accurately complete all paperwork related to car wash operations in a timely manner

· Make smart decisions when solving problems

· Demonstrate responsible and accurate money management

· Be able to perform all duties of all other employees when needed

· Watch for theft and report any suspicious behavior

· Keep the Manager of Retail Operations well informed

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Successful experience in managing a car wash or similar operation

· 2 years of supervisory leadership

· Hands on experience with the repair and maintenance of car wash equipment

· Experience troubleshooting and maintaining car wash controller systems

· High School Diploma or Equivalent (TBD)

Minimum Requirements:

· 2 years of supervisory experience of 5 or more employees

· Two years of customer service experience

· Must have experience repairing and maintaining complex equipment

· Must be available for evening and weekend work

· Must have a valid NM Driver’s License and a clean driving record

· Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

· Ability to effectively communicate verbally & in writing to customers & employees in English

· Ability to perform basic arithmetic and have the skills to accurately count money

· Must be able to lift 30 pounds

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
