We are looking for someone to manage equipment service schedules and parts inventory at our Brookwood location. Experience in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills with various vendors is required. Candidates will be in a moderate paced environment and expected to manage ever changing daily tasks to keep up with demands for the day.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Utilize order management systems for efficient processing of parts and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to oversee shipping and receiving processes.
- Employ Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to assist in parts sourcing and inventory control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
