Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Martial Arts (Taekwondo, jiu Jitsu, Wrestling) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students succeed. As a Martial Arts Instructor at Warriors Martial Arts, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote skill development.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students achieve their goals.
- Maintain a safe and respectful training environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular evaluations.
- Assist with organizing and promoting events, such as belt tests, tournaments, and workshops.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
- Stay current with martial arts techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Promote the values and principles of Warriors Martial Arts.
Qualifications:
- Black belt or equivalent certification in a recognized martial arts discipline.
- Previous experience teaching martial arts to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful training environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Availability to teach classes during evenings and weekends.
