Full Job Description
Warrior Precast LLC is seeking skilled and experienced Crane Operators to oversee and execute crane operations for our projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient lifting and movement of materials, maintaining equipment limits, and adhering to all relative job safety protocols. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Who we are:
Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC is owned by builders. Our Founder had been building homes for 15 years before discovering Superior Walls in 2000. After realizing how Superior Walls decreased labor costs & kept his projects on track, he brought the ownership group together to create Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC. While we manufacture our products in Rock Island, TN, we currently serve Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern counties in Alabama and Georgia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interpret crane load charts to determine safe lifting capacities.
- Make informed decisions regarding crane setup to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct daily inspections of all rigging and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform daily lubrication of equipment at specified points.
- Maintain accurate logs of inspections and maintenance activities.
- Report any defects or concerns related to crane operations immediately.
- Direct truck drivers on site access and proper rigging of panels to the spreader bar.
- Maintain D.O.T. compliant log records.
- Professionally interact with other crew members and company staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to assist teams and complete projects.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in crisis situations.
- Proficient in interpreting shop drawings.
- Willingness to work as required to meet daily schedules while adhering to hours-of-service regulations.
- Accuracy in completing all necessary paperwork.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
- Good personal hygiene habits.
- Valid Class A CDL license in good standing.
- NCCCO Certification.
- Experience operating AT Cranes proficiently.
Education Requirement:
- High School diploma
- D.O.T. medical card approval
Experience Requirement:
- NCCCO Crane Operator Certification

Work Location:
- We have cranes stationed in Middle and Eastern TN
- Travel to work sites across Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, Northern Alabama, and Georgia.
