Job Summary:
Warrior Precast is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Grounds Keeping Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility and surrounding grounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facility grounds to uphold Warrior Precast’s standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure all areas, including walkways, parking lots, and production areas, are clean and free of debris.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials, ensuring timely ordering and availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping or maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting, is desired.
- Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance specific to the precast industry is a plus.
- Ability to operate maintenance machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, reflecting Warrior Precast’s commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
- Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions typical of a precast facility.
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
