Position Title: Construction - Field Installation Technician
Reports To: General Manager
Work Location: Regional travel to work sites in TN, KY, AL, and GA.

Position Overview:
The Site Installation Technician is responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of Warrior Precast's precast concrete products at various job sites. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The technician will work closely with crane operators and other team members to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform precise site layout to ensure correct installation of precast walls.
- Screed and compact stone to prepare a solid base for installation.
- Apply sealant to enhance the durability and integrity of the product.
- Install necessary hardware and bracing to support the concrete walls.
- Collaborate effectively with crane operators to install walls that are square, level, and plumb.
- Ensure thorough site clean-up following each installation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Travel regionally as required to meet project timelines and customer needs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professional service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and successfully complete the training program.
- Experience in site layout and preparation is preferred.
- Proficiency in screeding and compacting stone, applying sealants, and installing hardware and bracing.
- Demonstrated ability to install concrete walls accurately (square, level, and plumb).
- Strong commitment to safety and site cleanliness.
- Willingness to travel within the region (Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, Northern Alabama, and Georgia).
- Focus on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must pass the Installation Certification Exam within 90 days of employment.
Education Requirements:
- High School level math skills are required.
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to drive a standard transmission 1-ton truck.
- Possess and maintain a valid, insurable driver’s license for non-CDL transport.

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 4 days on, 3 days off, rotating weekly.
Salary : $50,000
