Position Overview:
Warrior Precast LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Prestress Production Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing custom concrete walls, sandwich panels, and other concrete products, ensuring quality and accuracy from preparation to shipment. You will also lead and manage a team of three professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of three members, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Clean concrete forms and prepare them for custom orders.
- Secure panels, accurately insert door and window frame outs, and customized frame outs.
- Insert rebar and insulation accurately.
- Re-check form setup and ensure placement accuracy before pouring concrete.
- Finish concrete to specifications for both standard and sandwich panels.
- Strip finished products and repair any damaged products.
- Load products for shipment and clean facility equipment.
- Follow safety instructions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to operate table saw, radial arm saw
- Ability to use basic concrete hand finishing tools and screeds
- Ability to accurately read tape measures
Education Requirement:
- High School graduate-level math skills
