Description :
This position will support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce applications. Support the service desk requests for access, break fix, and management of changes and enhancement requests. Proactively maintain upgrades to new releases, 3rd party apps, and integration with other Warrior Service Company applications or systems. Monitor, report, and ensure data integrity and security of the system. Work with the product owners and business stakeholders to continually improve the Salesforce products both technically as it relates to performance, security, reliability, and stability; and functionally by documenting, developing, and implementing new features that improve the product in ways that improve the business processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and configure Salesforce environments to ensure efficient functionality, including managing users, security, and data access.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business decision-making.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules based on business requirements.
- Handle user management tasks including creating and deactivating users, assigning roles, profiles, and permissions, and managing user licenses.
- Set up and manage Omni-Channel, including creating and maintaining queues, routing configurations, and agent statuses to optimize work distribution.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain data integrity through regular data imports, exports, and clean-up activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automate workflows using tools such as Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes.
- Assist in the deployment and migration of changes across environments using change sets and other tools.
- Stay current on new Salesforce features, updates, and releases to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for internal reference and compliance.
