Job Description:
Key Responsibilities –
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, supply chain processes, and pain points related to demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling.
• Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient supply chain planning solutions using Oracle ASCP, leveraging best practices and industry standards to meet client needs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle EBS applications, including ASCP, to support demand management, inventory optimization, material requirements planning (MRP), and other supply chain planning functionalities.
• Integration: Integrate Oracle ASCP with other EBS modules, third-party systems, and external data sources to facilitate data exchange and enable end-to-end supply chain visibility and collaboration.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of Oracle ASCP configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, and validate results against expected outcomes and business requirements.
• User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to facilitate adoption and utilization of Oracle ASCP functionality.
• Production Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ASCP implementations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and implementing enhancements and upgrades as needed.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support knowledge transfer and ensure system integrity.
• Skills Required –
• Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, with specific expertise in Oracle ASCP and supply chain planning modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ASCP functionality, data model, and configuration options, with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing the module to meet business requirements.
• Additional Requirements –
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12.x and above is preferred.
• Knowledge of related Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement is a plus.
