Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the outpatient clinical team to ensure effective delivery of mental health services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor patient care services to ensure quality and accuracy of treatment outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff through regular supervision and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and budgeting for outpatient services to optimize resources.
- Develop training programs and facilitate continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the State.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
