We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Warsaw Community Schools. As an elementary teacher, you will be responsible for providing educational instruction that will foster and accelerate the intellectual, physical, social, and career development of your students.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a highly effective classroom teacher and hold a Bachelor's Degree (minimum) and a Valid Indiana Teaching License. You will be expected to maintain clear and up-to-date written lesson plans, observe designed working hours, and make effective use of planning time.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will assist the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct. You will also support and implement strategies that enhance student performance on local, state, and federal assessments.
