Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements to maintain accreditation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize healthcare services and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients to address concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.
Requirements
- Master's degree with Clinical License required
- Proven experience with substance use disorder
- Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
