American Fork Family Clinic
The American Fork Family Clinic (AFFC) of Wasatch Behavioral Health provides mental health services for adults, children, and families. We offer a variety of therapeutic services designed to help individuals and families who are affected in some way by mental illness.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, - Variable
Compensation
Provides direct and indirect clinical services
Develops and supervises client treatment program
Performs individual, Family Therapy and group outpatient psychotherapy
Provides training and consultation services to individuals, families, and organizations
Attends and participates in family-team meetings
Assists in the development of permanency plans for client and family
Performs intake assessments
Develops support groups for assigned areas of specialization
Performs various administrative functions related to client and program records
Performs general case monitoring and management
Maintains awareness of patient behaviors and reaction to medications
Coordinates with supervisors regarding issues and problems
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field and:
Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)

- Full licensure base wage range: $32.92 - $41.70 per hour / $68,000 - $86,000 annually
- Associate licensure base wage range: $26.99 - $27.93 per hour / $56,000 - $58,000 annually
- Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency.
