Your day as a Therapist
As a Full-Time Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect clinical services. You will develop and supervise comprehensive treatment programs for clients, facilitating individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions that address a range of behavioral health disorders, personal challenges, and domestic violence issues. You'll manage your own caseload while providing training and consultation to various stakeholders, including families and organizations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting intake assessments, gathering psycho-social histories, and completing essential documentation. Additionally, you will participate in family-team meetings, assist with developing permanency plans, and conduct discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements for this Therapist I-II job

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work
- psychology or a related field and:
- Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW)
- Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
