Job Description
Reception position in a rapidly growing veterinary practice (the only one in the intermountain region devoted exclusively to exotic pets.) We have a fantastic team atmosphere and extremely loyal clientele as a result of our commitment to providing the highest possible level of patient care and customer service available.
We are hiring for one full-time, benefit eligible and one part-time position at this time.
Shifts are weekdays 8-6 with half-day shifts available. We are currently closed Saturday/Sunday, but will reopen to weekends at a later date. There is some flexibility in scheduling, but a mix of weekdays and weekends is expected. Our team is very good at working together to get everyone a schedule that works best for them!
Responsibilities:
Booking appointments, checking clients in and out, chart management/filing, other clerical duties as needed/delegated; communicating closely with patient care team.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team atmosphere, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, ability to maintain patience and sensitivity in emergency and highly emotional situations.
