Community Living Coordinator

Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Wasatch Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions and activities, including orienting new residents to the property.
• Assist with questions regarding leases, utilities, policies, and ensure compliance with our code of conduct.
• Check in packages, deliver them, and send package claim reminders as needed.
• Develop and publish a regular newsletter highlighting planned events, marketing opportunities, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests.
• Prepare incident reports for resident-related incidents, adhering to Company standards.
• Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Assist with Airbnb listings, inquiries, reservations, and guest experiences.
• Ensure guest suites are in rental condition and provide additional amenities such as movie rentals, books, and games.
• Process work orders for the maintenance department, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Resident Service Manager on retention and renewal strategies.
• Conduct regular building and grounds inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to maintenance.
• Report directly to the Resident Service Manager.
