Profile Summary
- The Computer Systems Analyst I will delight our customers while engaging with them through email, voice, and chat channels. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in customer environments. All work will be tracked in our customer ticketing solution.
Job Description
- Expectations
- Knowledge of networking protocols and network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot applications, operating systems, printing, and basic network connectivity.
- Ability to quickly work with people from all walks of life, often under stressful conditions.
- Ability to work on a team and support those around you.
- Knowledge or familiarity with VoIP phone systems is a plus.
- Responsibilities
- Perform adds, removes, and changes for onboarding and offboarding employees for our clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in customer environments via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person conversations as needed.
- Document internal and customer processes in knowledgebase.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites.
- Attain relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Train customers on available tools and solutions.
- Support customers 24/7 should calls come through to the emergency queue.
- Attain MS-900 Certification (Within the first 90-days)
- Recommend Microsoft 365 solutions that address common organizational IT challenges.
- Understand how Microsoft 365 solutions improve productivity, facilitate collaboration, and optimize communications.
- Recommend solutions for endpoint and application management, desktop virtualization, automated operating system deployment, and rich reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing, deployment and migration assistance, and support options for organizations looking to maximize their investment in the cloud.
- Complete one of the following (Within the first year)
- Exam MD-100: Windows Client
- Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
- MS-500
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- MS-203
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- MS-700
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- SC-300
- Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
- Exam MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
- Other tasks as assigned.
