- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
