- Enhance and beautify our community!
- Build rapport with residents.
- Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.
- Preventative maintenance
- Amenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal!

What we're looking for:
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $16 - 18 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
