Maintenance Technicians at Wasatch Property Management play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities. They are responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
