Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician with Wasatch Property Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas, responding to resident service requests in a timely manner, and troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
