This includes coordinating resident functions and activities, assisting with questions regarding leases and policies, and handling resident issues. You will also be responsible for preparing incident reports, scheduling activity center rentals, and collaborating with the Resident Service Manager on retention and renewal strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident functions and activities, including orienting new residents to the property.
- Assist with questions regarding leases, utilities, policies, and ensure compliance with our code of conduct.
- Check in packages, deliver them, and send package claim reminders as needed.
- Develop and publish a regular newsletter highlighting planned events, marketing opportunities, resident services, and advertisements.
- Handle resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests.
- Prepare incident reports for resident-related incidents, adhering to Company standards.
- Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
- Assist with Airbnb listings, inquiries, reservations, and guest experiences.
- Ensure guest suites are in rental condition and provide additional amenities such as movie rentals, books, and games.
- Process work orders for the maintenance department, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Resident Service Manager on retention and renewal strategies.
- Conduct regular building and grounds inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to maintenance.
- Report directly to the Resident Service Manager.
