A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TELLER
In this Member Services role, you're the face of Wasatch Peaks. Your member service efforts are vital to the members' experience and perception of our credit union. Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one, going through mail to find member information that needs to be updated, and attending trainings as scheduled. You love to meet and help new people each and every day and find great fulfillment in the work you do.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- Previous Teller experience preferred
Cash handling experience is helpful, but not required. Are you willing to learn all of the services we offer and how to best help members understand how our products and services can help them reach their goals? Can you work well under pressure, especially when dealing with frustrated members? Are you optimistic? If yes, we want you!
TELLER WORK SCHEDULE
This Member Services position offers stable, Full Time work! The schedule will be 8:30am-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:30-1:00pm and Sundays off.
