This role involves assisting customers with their paint needs, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and organizing product displays.
- Assist in negotiating prices and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize math skills to calculate quantities and measurements for paint orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Stay informed about market trends and new products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements
