As a Maintenance Technician, you can work closely with a top property management team, delivering exceptional service to our residents. Each day will bring challenges and require diverse skills. You will collaborate with your team members to assess and respond to maintenance issues, establishing a solid rapport with residents by being knowledgeable and friendly.
Your role will involve the following:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will actively work alongside your colleagues. You spend your day on-site performing scheduled maintenance tasks, responding promptly to service requests, coordinating with vendors, and fostering strong relationships with residents through clear and effective communication. Your role will involve becoming an expert in your community and collaborating with your team to ensure that the community is meticulously maintained for the utmost satisfaction of our residents.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Heating and air systems
- Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
