The Front office representatives primary role is to greet guests to ensure a welcoming arrival. This position helps with the check-in process, the check-out process, taking reservations, and to help with the bell position. This position is the first impression to the guests, so it is very important to make sure the guests feel welcome, and to help accommodate all needs that they may need.
