Wash City Tavares is now hiring Customer Sales Associates!
The average pay is $16 - $20 with commission, and bonuses.
On the job training will be provided for all aspects of the position.
Candidates should:
- Have the ability to multitask and operate in a fast paced quickly changing environment
- Enjoy working outside
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Be able to work weekends with a varying schedule
- Have reliable transportation
- Be detailed oriented
- Positive and outgoing attitude!
Job Functions:
- Ensures that all guests are treated politely and respectfully.
- Recommend packages/products based on customers' needs.
- Offering wash club membership to all customers.
- Check every customer’s vehicle before they enter the car wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues.
- Continually clean all areas of the car wash to ensure that the customers see a clean, attractive facility, as well as all of the surrounding property.
- Facilitate the speedy processing of customer’s vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash.
- Perform good customer service whenever a customer asks a question or makes a comment.
