Site Manager - Express Car Wash

Wash City Car Wash is hiring for a Site Manager position.

Wash City is a state of the art automatic conveyorized car wash with multiple locations in Central Florida and we are still currently growing. On the job training will be provided for all aspects of the position.

Candidates should:

• Have Car Wash Management Experience
• Have experience with staff supervision and staff scheduling
• Have the ability to multitask and operate in a fast paced quickly changing environment
• Have outstanding Customer Service skills and desire to build customer and community relationships
• Enjoy working outside
• Be able to work 40 hours a week including weekends with a varying schedule
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a great attitude
• Be detail oriented
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Have problem solving skills
• Be willing to learn mechanical skills for level 1 equipment support

Job Functions:

• Oversee and mentor staff's adherence to company policy and procedures
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and exceptional customer service are being maintained
• Ability to coach and train the people below you. As we continue to grow, we need the next person to be ready to move up.
• Facilitate a positive employee environment
• Foster customer relations to grow volume, sales, and increasing profitability
• Operate equipment to include Pay Stations, Credit Card machines and POS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary will be based on Car Wash and Managerial Experience.
