You will play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for our customers and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Membership Growth: Actively promote and sell unlimited car wash memberships to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of the service.
- Employee Training & Development: Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees on how to sell car wash memberships.
- Scheduling & Task Delegation: Create efficient employee schedules and delegate tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain car wash detergents, supplies, and equipment to ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the car wash area, including equipment, tools, and supplies, is kept clean, organized, and in top condition.
- Collaboration & Efficiency: Work alongside your team to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
- Basic Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
