Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Houskeeping Attendant/Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of equipment on site, including the clean up of spills from our guests both before, after, and during their visit. Assist with the pick up and drop off of orders as well as taking payments for said orders. You will more than likely be the only associate on site during your shift and will need to maintain the store for all customers during your shift. Will train to suit! Willingness to learn and advance will be met with increased pay.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing and pick-ups/drop-offs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain laundry area with superb housekeeping skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Must be quick on feet and able to stand for entire shift.
Skills
- Superb houskeeping/cleaning skills are a must.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Basic math skills and money handling for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Multitask to handle multiple customers/tasks at once.
