What You’ll Do:
As a Membership Sales & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of Wash Monkey Car Wash, combining stellar service with a passion for growing our membership program.

Customer Service:

• Greet every guest with a cheerful “Welcome to the Jungle!”
• Answer questions about our services, pricing, and membership options.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring they leave happy.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment in the lobby and service areas.
• Occasionally assist with light prep tasks at the wash tunnel.

Membership Sales:

• Proactively introduce customers to our membership packages and their amazing benefits.
• Tailor solutions to fit each customer’s needs, turning visitors into loyal troop members.
• Keep accurate records of sales, sign-ups, and payments.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and jungle-themed events to boost membership sign-ups.
