Provide technical support to Students, Faculty, and Staff in-person and by telephone.

Required Qualifications
- Washburn or Washburn Tech student.
- Fluent in English, other languages welcome and helpful.
- Preferred: Computer Repair and Networking and Computer Science Students, but all students are welcome to apply.
- Computer knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, strict confidentiality and ITS cybersecurity policies.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
