This position will work closely with the Enrollment Management Team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies regarding financial aid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs the administration of Student Financial Services, identifying short-term and long-range goals, developing policies and procedures, and enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Responsible for obtaining information, evaluating student need, maintaining high customer service standards, managing financial clearance processes, establishing aid to be awarded, and obtaining and authorizing federal and state funds for students.
- Maintains financial aid processes by monitoring staff effectiveness, interpreting federal and state aid regulations, advising staff on policy and procedure issues as needed.
- Prepares federal and state reports as required, compiles required data/lists by collecting and analyzing information, and submits information as requested.
