PRIMARY DUTIES
- Answering phones—answering questions and directing callers to the proper resource(s).
- Scheduling tests
- Assisting the Office Manager when needed
- Participating in the planning and set up of special events
- Be able to work some evenings, as needed
- Be a current WAU student
- Be in good academic standing
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Have a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- Be able to work without close supervision and adhere to work rules
- Have good time management skills
- Have the ability to provide excellent customer service skill
- Adhere to confidentiality policies
- Have strong work ethic
- Be punctual, reliable, dependable
- Be able to multi-task
