Provides high-profile, uniformed public safety and security services to supplement and assist full-time Public Safety Staff.

Essential Functions
- Provide safety and security services at University Chapel by enforcing University Chapel rules and regulations. Provides basic greeter function for all Chapel visitors / guests.
- Acts as a knowledgeable resource to students, staff, and visitors to campus. Provides general information such as directions and more up-to-date information about campus events and activities.
- Additional hours available for events upon completion of CPR / AED and Basic First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Crowd Manager, ICS-100, Fire Extinguisher, and CSO training.
- Provide safety and security services at large University events. Enforces University policies, rules, and regulations. Assists with traffic and parking operations as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule : Part-time Officers may be assigned to a specific location / detail, such as University Chapel security or event security during a given shift. The position requires availability on an as-needed / available basis, primarily during daylight hours, especially weekends, including holidays.
Minimum Pay : $17.75 per hour
