WBS strives to provide high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to help children with autism reach their full potential in the most FUN-ducational way! We are seeking fun, energetic and dedicated CBTs who enjoy working with children, and have an interest in special education, psychology, child development, or a related field.
Availability: Part-time or Full time available
Locations:
Auburn center & surrounding areas
Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00/hr. DOE and Certifications
Job Requirements:
- Certified Behavior Technician License (preferred) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- RBT Certification (preferred)
- Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
- At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must pass background check

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college/university with 2 years of college coursework completed in psychology/related field, OR
- Bachelor's degree in psychology/related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, adaptive, and social skill needs
- Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
- Collect accurate data throughout the session
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA/BCaBA
