What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nurse Case Manager Temp position at Washington Care Center?
Looking for RN Nurse Case Manager to coordinate Medicare Residents' care and responsible for associated paperwork/documentation/MDS/careplans. This nurse will be helping with aspects of the Admissions/Re-admissions of residents.
Requires to alternate with other administrative nurses with a week-end On-Call schedule.
Experience and assessment skills are a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
