Job Summary
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is sought to join our team at Washington Center in Argyle, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a warm and nurturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted and recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
- Administering medications and injections as needed, treating and dressing wounds and bedsores when necessary.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output for residents.
Requirements
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- A valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
