Workday & Hours: (Full-Time 8:00am- 4:30pm)

Vacation Eligibility after 6 months of employment (84 hours up to 3 years)

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Circuit Judge, the Administrative Assistant provides support service to the Circuit Judge’s office and assistance to attorneys and the general public. The incumbent performs data entry for the court in the areas of scheduling and docket management, answering phones, and fielding questions from attorneys, prospective jurors, and the public. All functions should be performed efficiently and in accurate, timely, and professional manner as accurate data entry and records are of vital importance.

Required Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment, random drug and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.
